I'm Carolyn N. Wheeler of The Wheeler Group of Bluegrass Sotheby's International Realty. I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Masters Degree in Biological Science but my involvement with homes started very early in life because of my family. My mother, father, and all of my brothers are builders and developers. Growing up in the business and building a few homes with my family gave me the foundation and knowledge which launched my career in real estate. I have sold real estate for 26 years in Central Kentucky and I specialize in relocation, new home construction and farms. Working as a Specialist in new home construction of executive and estate homes from the ground up, marketing a number of Central Kentucky's finest Builders and knowledge of available land and home sites have made me one of the top agents in new construction sales. My knowledge of farms originated with my passion for riding and ownership of horses as a child.
My business took a quantum leap about 14 years ago when I hired a Computer and Marketing Specialist as my Office Assistant. About 7 years ago, Donna Williams joined me as a partner in The Wheeler Group. Donna, Steve Dawson, Sandi, our Office Coordinator, and I, strive for "Service Beyond Expectations".
