To Lease your property:
Thank you for your interest in leasing your property thru Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty during the World Equestrian Games. Our goal is to provide your property with local, national & international exposure while taking care of the details associated with the leasing process and make sure that every step is taken to protect your property. We are committed to providing you with our white-glove service that sets us apart.
To best fulfill our promise we have formed a partnership in this venture, Vesta Executive Housing. This strong relationship will provide a turnkey solution for Premier and Classic home leases. Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty will combine marketing & client management expertise while Vesta will provide their property management expertise.
We take care of the details:
· Pre-lease inspection with owner including complete picture documentation
· Lease execution and collection of deposits and remaining monies due
· Verification with owner of all proper insurance, ordinance approvals, area taxes, etc.
· Educate owner regarding security & safety of valuables, home etc.
· Check-in with the guest, walk through and educate about residence
· Coordinate regular & emergency home and property maintenance during the lease period
· Take all calls from the guest, check-out walk through, and formal check-out
· Coordinate and facilitate the post lease cleaning of the residence, post lease walk through and sign off with the owner
